Flapjack Friday: On Treeline's Boss Lady Blend

This week’s Boss Lady blend is part of the bundle I received from Bozeman’s Treeline Coffee Roasters mentioned in last week’s post.

Boss Lady’s distinctive tasting notes—almond, brittle and coconut—create a distinctive combination and do not disappoint. As I sipped my afternoon pour-overs, I imagined this blend paired with a sticky coconut macaroon dipped in a bit of chocolate. Oo-la-la! While I prefer a more full-bodied, dark roast, Boss Lady is a fun alternative.
